The Breast Health Foundation, which is a Not for Profit Company, was established in April 2002 in conjunction with several companies and organisations to educate the public on breast cancer and breast health, increase awareness and empower women. It’s founding was facilitated by individuals who held deep concerns around women’s health issues in South Africa and had the intentions to educate the public on breast health issues in general and breast cancer in particular.
CANSA’s purpose is to lead the fight against cancer in South Africa. Its mission is to be the preferred non-profit organisation that enables research, educates the public and provides support to all people affected by cancer.

BreastSens is an advocacy group that is committed to changing the dialogue about breast cancer from early detection and prevention as the primary focus of breast disease control as currently endorsed by public healthcare systems, some breast cancer NGOs and the media, to a patient sensitive and inclusive cause of disease and cure research paradigm.
Campaigning for Cancer is an advocacy organisation that was formed in 2008 to give South African patients and those affected by cancer a voice. Pioneering cancer advocacy in South Africa, Campaigning for Cancer lobbies for the promotion and protection of the rights of patients and those affected by cancer with regard to policy, healthcare costs and healthcare delivery.
To promote quality in life, dignity in death and support in bereavement for all living with a life-threatening illness by supporting member hospices and partner organisations.
Look Good…Feel Better helps women facing the trauma and stress of cancer, assisting them to overcome the distressing appearance related side effects of their treatment.
The Prostate Cancer Foundation is an organisation led by a group of people who have a direct interest in prostate cancer. It includes some of South Africa's top medical specialists who diagnose, treat and research prostate cancer on a daily basis. It also includes members from pharmaceutical and medical companies who provide the treatments for prostate cancer and who help fund the foundation's costs and projects and volunteer their time to help us to implement our programmes.
